5.-TERM AND LIMITS OF THE RIGHTS

The exploitation rights of the work will be in force during all the lifetime of the author, and seventy years after his/her death or death certificate.

In the case of cooperation or collective works, the exploitation rights, including cinema and audio-visual works, will last throughout the life of the co-authors, and seventy years after the death or death certificate of the last living co-author.
