INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1.-THE GENERAL REGISTER OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The General Register of Intellectual Property aims to file the rights corresponding to works, performances or productions protected by the merged text of the Law of Intellectual Property, approved by the Legal Royal Decree 1/1996, of April 12, and by the rest of legal dispositions and international treaties signed by Spain concerning the protection of intellectual property.

Another aim is the filing of acts and contracts of constitution, transmission, modification or expiration of stamp duty as well as any other fact, action or title, either willing or mandatory, which affects the above mentioned registrable rights.
