DOMAIN CONTESTATION

On October 24th, 1999 the ICANN approved the Policy on Name Domain Disputes (UDRP), by which it confers several International Organisms the ability to decide on demands submitted by companies or individuals on the property of domain names.

Premark has a legal department, specialized in challenging deceptive registers before the corresponding organisms, as well as the abuse of domain names which may affect the legitimate interests of individuals and corporations.

Since the establishment of the Policy on Name Domain Disputes, Premark has carried out many procedures before the corresponding organisms, both for public organisms and for private corporations.
